Thank You @DunkinDonuts For Starting My Morning Right ;)

Time to start the day. With a great cup of coffee & pan con manteca (bread & butter).
I have a lot of catching up to do.
Some of you make sending packages a chore ;)

So now I have to do some work, twitter to pass some time by & get some invoices in order.

So how do you start your day ?
Breakfast ? Coffee ? Work ?

My next contest will be up tomorrow. And some new rules will be added since people seem to think I owe them something !

I DON'T !!!

Just a quick reminder :
My contest are made to be fun.
And I send to who I want to. And if you think of being a smartass think again !

In other words, don't play me !

I really need some coffee !
Hubby made me some, since they don't have a Dunkin Donuts here in Texas.
It's almost 12:00pm so hopefully this will hit the spot.

Bite Me !

Time for breakfast. I enjoy having this straight from the oven warm & toasty.

Cinnamon Apples
1. Preheat the oven to 350F
2. Peel and core the apples. Cut each one into slices and arrange the slices in a baking dish.
3. In a small bowl, combine the water with the flour, corn starch, & Butter Buds and stir until the dry ingredients are dissolved and not lumpy.
Add the brown sugar & cinnamon & stir until smooth.
4. Pour the cinnamon over the apple slices, cover the dish with foil, and bake for 40 minutes.
Stir the apples every 5 minutes.
